Note: The functionality needs to be turned on by location. For detailed setup see Functional Spec Collections Logic When a notice is officially in collections and we receive a call-back with the collection status flag, the below must happen: No payment is accepted via PayMyNotice or BackOffice –  Adjustment is not allowed Void button in BO should be changed to “Request Void” and Redirected to ParkPliant for requesting void Disputes will be also redirected to ParkPliant Parking Owed status will be exported via API  Fixes Numerous minute bug fixes related to Public Notice API.
