Events and Venues Release Notes Back to All Events and Venues 24.12.31 Deployment Date: Dec. 31, 2024 Enhancements The ParkWhiz Seller Console now provides an event-focused reporting dashboard. This update provides enhanced visibility and management tools for parking sales and inventory, giving users improved insights for making data-driven decisions.   The current release is only available to a set number of operators. After receiving user feedback a full release is expected Jan 2025.    Features Event Sales Metrics OverviewAccess detailed data for each event, including: Total paid and complimentary bookings Seller net revenue across locations and parking channels Real-Time Utilization MonitoringTrack key metrics for parking location utilization, such as: Booking counts Available spaces Location utilization, enabling dynamic adjustments to inventory as event dates approach Visual Insights Booking trend line graph for each event Breakdown of data by sales channel and location All data is displayed in the venue’s local time zone for easier analysis   These updates aim to streamline the management of event parking inventory and improve decision-making through enhanced data visibility.
