Express Pay for Parkonect and Flash PARCS gives drivers a seamless, contactless way to pay for parking using their license plate as the credential. At entry, Vision-powered LPR captures the vehicle, gates auto-vend, and real-time session updates are sent via text.

To start Express Pay, drivers scan a posted QR code, sign in or create a ParkWhiz account, and add a payment method. From there, their license plate enables automatic payment at exit – no tickets or pay-on-foot required.

Drivers have two options with Express Pay:

• One-Time Payment – Activate Express Pay for a single visit; payment is processed automatically at exit.

• Autopay – Enroll once in the Trusted Driver Network for automatic entry and exit at all Express Pay locations, with payment automatically processed at exit.
