# Parkonect: Hotel Pass Recovery or Edit

## HOTEL PASS RECOVERY

If a guest misplaces a pass or the pass needs to be updated, the recovery feature can be used.

## Recover Pass

1. Log into [https://secure.parkonect.com/hotelportal/](https://secure.parkonect.com/hotelportal/)
2. Click the “**Recover**” button (as shown below)
3. Enter the Last Name and Room Number.
4. Click Search.

NOTE: When using the Recover button, it is required to enter last name and room number.

## Modify Information 

Fields that can be edited:

- End Date – this can only be changed to a date in the future… no rollbacks allowed.
- Room Number
- Email
- Cell

## Reissue Pass

Select the method of how you want to reissue the pass by clicking the appropriate button:

- Email Barcode
- Text Barcode
- Print Barcode
