# Parkonect: How to Update Your Password

To update your password in the future, please follow the steps below.

**Instructions on how to update your password:**

**1.** Go to [secure.parkonect.com](https://secure.parkonect.com/)

**2. **Enter your username/password and click login now.

**3. **Once you are logged in, click the person Icon in the top right corner of the screen. Then Click “my profile”

**4. **Enter the new password into the “new password” field and enter the same text in the “confirm” box below.

**4.** Once this step has been completed click “update password”, then click **“update”** in the top right corner.

***IMPORTANT***

If the user forgets to click “**update**” in the top right corner after inputting a new password, the update will **not** occur.

Once this has been completed, you have successfully updated your password.
