# Parkonect: PARIS Software by IntegraPark

Our software at [secure.parkonect.com](https://secure.parkonect.com/) integrates with PARIS via an API that syncs data that is stored in your PARIS account to [secure.parkonect.com](https://secure.parkonect.com/).

PARIS is software that many garages use to manage their monthly parkers.

This is a one-way integration that OVERWRITES any info created within [secure.parkonect.com](https://secure.parkonect.com/) with the information from PARIS. In other words, PARIS is where you need to adjust, create, delete, and deactivate accounts and monthly parkers. [secure.parkonect.com](https://secure.parkonect.com/) only reflects the information within PARIS.

If your location has PARIS, please contact your PARIS representative or specialist within your company for support.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKONECT DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL PARIS ACCOUNT AND CANNOT MAKE ADJUSTMENTS FOR YOU WITHIN PARIS.**
