In addition, users of DTC, Parking Reservations, Scan to Pay, Express Pay, and other ParkWhiz products are presented with the applicable Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and legal terms before signing up or completing payment for any ParkWhiz service.
These settings are available to the user before and after they sign up, and any time they are using a ParkWhiz product.

ParkWhiz is compliant with Global Privacy Control (GPC), allowing users to notify ParkWhiz that they do not want their personal information shared or sold. GPC options are available within the ParkWhiz app under the Account menu and in the footer of the ParkWhiz website.
Selecting “Do not sell or share my personal information” directs users to a form they can complete to exercise their privacy rights.
