Vision Portal – SSO & MFA Required for New Users

All new Vision Portal users must now authenticate using Single Sign-On (SSO) with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Internal users are required to log in via SSO and complete MFA on every access.
• External users must set up MFA using one of the following supported authenticator apps:
  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Authy

Other authenticator apps are not supported at this time.

This update enhances security and ensures consistent authentication standards across all Vision Portal users.
