Improved HUB API Performance During Peak Traffic
Optimized the stability and reliability of the Parking Hub API during peak traffic periods by increasing web server capacity. This change prevents temporary API timeouts and delays in processing digital parking sessions.
Enhanced HUB API log search (ParkWhiz Admin)
The HUB request log search page now supports filtering by vehicle (with fuzzy matching), time range, LPR event ID, and Express Pay status, along with paginated and sortable results for safer large-location lookups.
Added universal redirect links to Parkonect Garage Logs (Parkonect Admin)
Garage Log now include direct links to ParkWhiz bookings via the universal redirect page, making it easier for operators to quickly navigate to booking details in PW Admin without impacting page performance.
New Garage-Level control for Open Network Access on Express Pay (Parkonect Admin)
The Parkonect admin portal now includes a new “Require Open Network Opt-In” setting visible in the Garage view when Hybrid Express Pay is enabled. The main site LPR entry query has been updated to enforce this setting; when enabled at a garage, only vehicles belonging to networks explicitly mapped to that garage will be granted entry, giving operators more granular control over open network access.
Parking sessions with many LPR events
Parking sessions with excessive LPR events are now handled gracefully. The system deduplicates sessions created by repeatedly used scan codes (e.g., shared valet prox cards), resolving memory issues and ensuring session records more accurately reflect edge-case entry/exit behavior.
Client Idp login bookmark error
Bookmarked IdP login links now redirect correctly instead of producing an error.
