Real-Time Express Pay Network Management (Flash PARCS)
Introduces a new endpoint to create, update, or deactivate Express Pay networks, ensuring that deactivated networks immediately remove associated vehicles from kiosks while retaining their historical data.

Single Sign-On (SSO) announcements:
Enabled Single Sign-On in FlashIQ (flashiq.flashparking.com)
Users are able to sign into flashiq.flashparking.com with SSO.
Migrated users from IdP-integrated seller companies to require Single Sign-On
Users from seller companies with an integrated IdP were migrated to require SSO across Flash PARCS, ParkWhiz, Vision, Parkonect, and Enforcement.
Single Sign-On MFA Reset Button (Enforcement/Omnipark)
Support users with the appropriate permission can now reset SSO MFA for managed users directly from the user management interface. The reset affects password and MFA across all portals, with a confirmation prompt to prevent accidental resets.
Required Single Sign-On for new portal.flashvalet.com users
SSO is now automatically required for all newly created standard users on portal.flashvalet.com, ensuring consistent single sign-on enforcement across the platform.
Migrated AOL-based unaffiliated accounts to require Single Sign-On (Flash Admin Portal)
Migrating users with AOL based email accounts to require SSO.
Added carStateCode to the Easy Park Integration
Updated the Easy Park Premium GLIDE integration to include carstatecode in the payload, supporting their enforcement requirements.
Accepted Spoke Updates Directly in Parking Responses (HUB API)
The HUB now accepts spoke-submitted data directly in PUT and POST /parkings responses, eliminating the need for a separate follow-up call and automatically triggering database updates, spoke notifications, and a confirmation acknowledgment back to the originating spoke.
Moved LAZ LPR Fuzzy Matching to HUB
License plate fuzzy matching centralized in HUB. LAZ LPR fuzzy matching logic has been moved from Parkwhiz to HUB, enabling centralized tuning of match accuracy and configurable options such as result limits and distance thresholds.
Removed SPG Integration from Core API
Removed the Scan Pay Go integration code after the SPG integration retirement.
Modified Edge Device query for private network vehicles support (Parkonect)
This release enables private network access for Express Pay locations that also utilize Parkonect Edge for offline processing. We have resolved an issue that previously prevented these locations from connecting to the correct database for private network vehicles. This update includes safeguards to ensure that other Edge-enabled locations that are not part of a private network are prevented from gaining accidental access
Added Stats Summary Box to Payments Page (ParkWhiz)
A new Stats Summary Box was added to the top of the Payments page (http://admin.parkwhiz.com/payments) to provide immediate visibility into payout totals and payment method breakdowns. Styled consistently with the seller event dashboard summary metrics, this feature enables finance and platform administrators to review total payment volumes at a glance without manual data aggregation.
Updated Admin Cancellations to Use V4 API
Migrated ParkWhiz admin portal cancellations to the V4 Cancellations API. All cancellation creation records now process through a unified write path, ensuring consistent behavior, validation, and data output across administrative actions and API integrations.
Cleared External Payment Method After Failed Express Pay Payments
Fixed an issue at hold-at-gate locations where failed Express Pay digital payments left the external payment method on the transaction after the driver paid in-lane.
Fixed HUB API 401 errors during Core API token creation
Fixed an issue where HUB API requests from Core API could fail with a 401 Unauthorized error when access tokens were created within a database transaction. Access token creation now routes reliably through standard API services to ensure seamless authentication.
Fixed Phone Verification During Account Creation
Drivers can now receive and resend phone verification codes during account creation, making it easier to complete sign-up successfully.
Fixed bookmarked Client IdP login links
Fixed an issue where bookmarked IdP login links that used a legacy grant type produced an error. These links now redirect correctly.
Fixed booking creation for Event Package purchases with Apple Pay and Google Pay
Fixed an issue where event package purchases made through Apple Pay or Google Pay failed to create bookings. These purchases now create bookings successfully.
Updated Tap-to-Pay Beacon QR Code Payment Links
Drivers who scan Tap-to-Pay beacon QR codes are now directed to the correct payment page automatically, with no action required.
