Single Sign-On (SSO) added to more portals and products
The following portals and products are now SSO-enabled:
Flash Admin Portal (portal.flashvalet.com)
All new users require SSO
Existing users with AOL-based accounts now require SSO
Additionally, all monitor accounts now require SSO login regardless of individual account settings, and must have a matching @flashparking.com secondary email address.
Advanced Customer Support Portal (s.flashvalet.com)
Flash Validation portal (http://v.flashvalet.com)
SSO is not mandatory for users of the Validations Portal and can be enabled on a per-user basis.
Flash Validation Mobile portal (v.flashvalet.com/mobile/login.aspx)
SSO is not mandatory for users of the Mobile Validations Portal and can be enabled on a per-user basis.
FlashIQ (http://flashiq.flashparking.com/)
FlashApp (hotel tablet) https://qa.flashparking.com/docs/flashapp/
SSO is not mandatory for users of the Hotel App and can be enabled on a per-user basis.
New IdP Integrations
These partners can now have their newly created users seamlessly log in to Flash portals with their corporate credentials:
Corpus Christie Airport
Port Canaveral
Existing users will be migrated soon.
SSO MFA Reset Button (Enforcement/Omni)
Support users with the appropriate permission in the Enforcement Portal can now reset SSO MFA for managed users directly from the user management interface. The reset affects password and MFA across all portals the user has access to, with a confirmation prompt to prevent accidental resets.
Move LAZ LPR Fuzzy Matching Work to HUB API
LAZ LPR fuzzy matching logic has been moved from ParkWhiz to HUB, enabling centralized tuning of match accuracy and configurable options such as result limits and distance thresholds.
Updated ParkWhiz Admin booking cancellations to use V4
Migrated ParkWhiz admin portal cancellations to the V4 Cancellations API. All cancellation creation records now process through a unified write path, ensuring consistent behavior, validation, and data output across administrative actions and API integrations.
New ticket creation endpoints through HUB API for Third-Party OS Integrations
We are creating new endpoints to allow ticket creation through HUB instead of through Omni. This impacts only 3rd party OS systems for now, until future work to migrate PK/FLP is completed.
Modified Edge Device query for private network vehicles support (Parkonect)
This release enables private network access for Express Pay locations that also utilize Parkonect Edge for offline processing. We have resolved an issue that previously prevented these locations from connecting to the correct database for private network vehicles. This update includes safeguards to ensure that other Edge-enabled locations that are not part of a private network are prevented from gaining accidental access.
Added stats summary box to Payments page (ParkWhiz Admin)
To provide immediate visibility into payout totals and breakdown by payment method, a new Stats Summary Box has been added to the top of the Payments page (admin.parkwhiz.com/payments). Styled consistently with the seller event dashboard summary metrics, this feature enables finance and platform administrators to review total payment volumes at a glance without manual data aggregation.
Flash Validator Portal no longer requires password reset when updating account settings
Resolved an issue where the Validator Portal incorrectly prompted users to reset their password each time a settings change was made on a Validation Account. This behavior was introduced as a side effect of the SSO rollout.
Limited Fuzzy Matching Lookup to Location Level Searches
License plate fuzzy matching queries are now restricted to location-level searches to prevent database timeouts caused by system-wide historical lookups. Requests attempting global fuzzy matching will return a validation error to ensure platform performance and stability.
Workers Shoryuken Is Not Properly Logging Out to Graylog
Resolved an issue where updates to Rails logging suppressed Shoryuken background job outputs. Rails.logger integration has been restored, ensuring full job log bodies are properly broadcasted to Graylog.
Client Idp login bookmark error
Bookmarked IdP login links now redirect correctly instead of producing an error.
