Platform

Platform Release Notes Back to All Platform Release 06.12.26 Deployment Date: June 12, 2026 Enhancements ParkWhiz booking links on Parkonect Garage Logs Garage logs now include direct links to ParkWhiz bookings via the universal redirect page, making it easier for operators to quickly navigate to booking details in PW Admin without impacting page performance. Cleanup after LAZ removes product_id from integration requirements In collaboration with LAZ, we’ve updated our integration. Previously, bookings without a product_id were not sent to the LAZ reservation endpoint. Now that LAZ no longer requires a product_id, we’ve removed this limitation — all bookings will now be sent to LAZ as expected. Upgrade to the Ruby/Rails in Workers repo Upgraded the Ruby/Rails versions in our Workers repo, enhancing security, performance, and maintainability. This update included a full refresh of our dependencies and Docker images.

Platform Release Notes Back to All Platform Release 05.29.26 Deployment Date: May 29, 2026 Enhancements Common Location ID in PW Admin “Location Mapping” tabOn the locations mapping tab in PW Admin, we have surfaced the common locations ID. Ruby/Rails in Workers repoUpgraded the Ruby / Rails versions in our Workers repo, enhancing security, performance, and maintainability. This update included a full refresh of our dependencies and Docker images. Write test suite utilizing PARCS test harness endpoints for existing EP flow [HUB] Added a comprehensive automated test suite within the HUB application to validate the existing Express Pay (EP) functionality. The tests leverage the new PARCS test harness endpoints (POST PARCS/v1/test/parkings and PUT PARCS/v1/test/parkings/:id) to simulate the full lifecycle of a standard Express Pay session, including verification that session data is handled correctly throughout the flow. Email changes on SSO-enabled Parkwhiz accountsNon-admins are no longer permitted to edit the email address associated with an SSO-enabled account. When an administrator does change an email, the system now registers the new address with our user pool and initiates a password/MFA reset to ensure the user’s access is properly re-established. Admins will be alerted to this user impact when making the change. Universal redirect links added to Parkonect Garage LogsGarage Logs now include direct links to ParkWhiz bookings via the universal redirect page, making it easier for operators to quickly navigate to booking details in ParkWhiz Admin without impacting page performance. Add searchable partner selector to new/edit ACIC pageThe Access Control Integration Configuration (ACIC) page in ParkWhiz Admin now includes a searchable partner dropdown, allowing ops to associate a specific partner with each integration configuration — supporting the new real-time network updates architecture. This is only relevant for lpr_flash ACIC currently, but can be used for future features. Fixes Dev log in (Backoffice Portal)This release fixes a development environment bug that prevented logins due to an “Unknown proxy warning” from the Identity server. Prioritize LPR config for LPR validations, DTC config for DTC validationsValidation requests at Flash PARCS locations now use the correct access control configuration based on ticket type. Previously, the system could select the wrong credentials (e.g., DTC instead of LPR) when applying validations, causing unreliable behavior at locations supporting both Express Pay and DTC. Validations now correctly match to the corresponding LPR or DTC integration config.

Platform 05.15.26

Platform

Platform Release Notes Back to All Platform Release 05.15.26 Deployment Date: May 15, 2026 Enhancements Require SSO (Single Sign-On) for all new users (Parkonect Admin)Implemented the user management API to allow requiring SSO for non-Flash employees, the next phase is to require all new users to use SSO. This is effectively automatically checking the Require SSO box for new users, and then they will get sent an email to set a cognito password and MFA set up. ParkMobile as merchant of recordCreated a external_payment_type=partner_external_payment flag, which is to be used on preview and checkout by partners who will act as the merchant of record for a transaction. Express Pay Roll Network updates (Flash PARCS) This update generates the database code and schema for the new join table, laying the structural groundwork required for a single driver to be associated with multiple networks. Integrations and API calls (ParkWhiz)To address some 403 errors we were receiving for DPT integrations, we are dropping our 3 second wait between API calls and ceasing to manually expire tokens. Email address management on SSO-enabled accounts (ParkWhiz)Non-admins are no longer permitted to edit the email address associated with a use_sso account. When an administrator does change an email, the system now registers the new address with our user pool and initiates a password/MFA reset to ensure the user’s access is properly re-established. Admins will be alerted to this user impact when making the change. Location Mapping tab (Parkwhiz)On the locations mapping tab in PW Admin ,we have surfaced the Common Locations ID. Universal Redirect (Parkonect) We built a universal redirect page so that portals can link to other portals without making an API request to fetch the links. Fixes Dev log in (Backoffice Portal)This release fixes a development environment bug that prevented logins due to an “Unknown proxy warning” from the Identity server.
