This module allows tenant accounts to be created in the Parkonect Admin Portal. Once set up, tenants can access the Tenant Portal to purchase validations and send them electronically to their guests.
Requirements #
- Development request to enable the module.
- Tenant user account.
- One validation type configured.
How it Works #
Tenants access the vouchers at a custom portal at:
https://secure.parkonect.com/Vouchers/Login.aspx?garageid=###
Note
Replace “###” with the unique garage ID. Each garage has a dedicated link to the Vouchers Portal.
The tenant can buy parking vouchers for guests via the portal. The QR code received can then be shared with the guests through SMS, email, or print. When exiting, guests scan the QR code; a ticket must be pulled upon entry.
Example of custom Tenant Voucher portal:
For steps on how to purchase and send vouchers, refer to the Tenant Portal Voucher User Guide.
Voucher Delivery (Email & SMS) #
When a voucher is sent, the driver receives it via email or SMS. The message includes the voucher QR code for redemption, the tenant’s email, and the location name where the voucher can be used.
